A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On September 27, 2010, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of KRW 1.5 million by the Jeonju District Court for a crime of violation of the Road Traffic Act, and a fine of KRW 5 million by the same court on October 23, 2012.

On September 12, 2013, around 22:18, the Defendant driven B K5 cars with approximately KRW 100 meters alcohol concentration 0.130% while under the influence of alcohol without a vehicle driver’s license from the parking lot of the “Seojin-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province,” located in Geumjin-gu, Seoul Special Self-Governing Province to the front road of the “Cukdong” with the same virtue vibration.
