1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 30,00,000 and the interest rate of KRW 15% per annum from December 13, 2017 to the date of full payment.

In light of all the circumstances revealed in the pleadings of the instant case, such as the Defendant’s tort, its background and degree, the period and condition of the marriage between the Plaintiff and C, the period and degree of the fraudulent act between the Plaintiff and C, and the impact of the illegal act on the state of marriage between the Plaintiff and C, etc., a partial dismissal of the Defendant’s tort is reasonable to determine the amount of consolation money to be compensated by the Plaintiff as KRW 30
