The sentence of each sentence against the Defendants shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendants are people demanding the retirement of Q as members of the Pridge (hereinafter referred to as the “PSchool”) located in Ansan-siO.

1. 2. 2017. 10. 15.경 설교방해 및 예배방해(피고인 D, L) 피고인들은 공모하여, 2017. 10. 15. 09:30경부터 10:30경까지 사이에 위 교회 예배당에서, 담임목사인 Q의 설교 시간에 손뼉을 치거나 책상을 두드리면서 찬송가를 크게 불러 Q 목사의 설교를 방해함과 동시에 위 교회의 예배를 방해하였다.
