1. On November 4, 2019, at around 22:37, the Defendant is in school with a road near Seo-gu, Seo-gu B apartment at the Seo-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-si.

On November 4, 2019, at around 22:59, the Defendant was on board the top of the D bargaining Vehicle on the national highway road of the 1st century, in the Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seoan-gu, Seocheon-gu, Seocheon-si, and was in the direction of sex exchange. On the right side of the vehicle, the Defendant: (a) allowed the victim to take hand on the Hand of the vehicle; (b) opened the driver’s seat in the Seoan-gu, Seoan, Seoan-gu, Seoan; (c) opened the vehicle in order to prevent the victim from getting out of the road; and (d) detained the victim so that the victim could not get out of the road until 23:50 of the same day.
