A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for a period of two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

1. On August 1, 2015, on the rooftop of the 119 water rescue unit in Busan Maritime Daegu Maritime Transportation Daegu Maritime Government, the Defendant: (a) brought a theft by taking off a part of a water rescue unit having been a victim’s market value of KRW 25,000, the market value of the victim’s possession, who was the victim’s 12:00 on August 1, 201, which was 264.
