Defendant shall be punished by a fine of 1.5 million won.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 6, 2013, at around 16:10 on July 6, 2013, the Defendant: (a) stated that “A” in front of the restaurant located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government “C” 101, the Defendant was able to look back to the house” from the police officer E working for the Seoul provincial police station D District Unit of the Seoul provincial Police Station; and (b) carried out a stop, the Defendant: (c) stated that “A” the above guard E “I am fch head, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son, son.” (d) the Defendant took a bath to “C” in front of the restaurant located in Dobong-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government 101, and obstructed the legitimate performance of the police officer’s duties related to the maintenance of public security by assaulting the police officer’s face part two times, and walking the back part one time, etc.
