All appeals are dismissed.

The grounds of appeal are examined.

1. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant A’s appeal in light of the first instance court and the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted Defendant A of the facts charged (excluding the portion without charge) on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

Contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of each Act on Election of Public Offices due to the provision of money or goods related to advance election campaigns and election campaigns, and the violation of political funds law.

2. Examining the reasoning of the lower judgment on the grounds of Defendant F’s appeal in light of the first instance court and the evidence duly admitted by the lower court, the lower court is justifiable to have convicted Defendant F of the facts charged (except for the portion without charge) on the grounds stated in its reasoning.

In so doing, contrary to the allegations in the grounds of appeal, there were no errors by misapprehending the legal principles on the violation of each Act on Election of Public Officials and the collection of money and valuables related to the deliberation failure or advance election campaign and election campaign

3. Therefore, all appeals are dismissed. It is so decided as per Disposition by the assent of all participating Justices on the bench.
