Reasons
Punishment of the crime
The Defendants, along with E, F, G, H, I, K, K, L, M, P, P, Q, R, and other gambling games, and E and F, take charge of overall responsibility for committing crimes. They also play the role of soliciting gambling workers; F, under F, a manager for the overall operation of gambling sites, such as the opening and management of gambling sites, fund management, distribution of profits, etc.; G, under F’s instructions, the intermediary manager for operating gambling sites, including fund management, employee recruitment, and gambling site management; H, under the condition that profits are distributed; and C, the role of an intermediary manager for operating the gambling site; the role of raising the accounts to be used at the above site on condition that profits amount to KRW 10 million per month are allocated; the Defendants, together with P, Q, S, H, H, H, H, H, M, members, M, and money exchange management; and the role of performing the above gambling site as follows.

A From April 6, 2016 to October 3 of the same year, from around April 6, 2016, and Defendant B from January 2016 to the same year.

From July 10, 2016 to December 2 of the same year, Defendant D, in collusion with E and F, etc. from July 10 to December 2, 2016, opened gambling sites, such as 16 FLOR, “U”, “V”, “W”, “X”, “Y”, etc. In order, Defendant D collected money from members of the National Bank account (Account Number: AA) in the name of “Z”, and received money from its members, and made its members enjoy betting money by predicting the success of various kinds of domestic and foreign sports games, etc. posted on the above site, and, if expected, given the reward according to the pre-determined rate, and where expected members or members are left out of betting money, the remaining game money remains out of betting money.
