The sentence of sentence against the defendant shall be suspended.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a ZX-10R driver.

On September 24, 2016, the Defendant, at around 15:04, operated directly at a speed of 89.2km/h (the result of the Road Traffic Authority) in the direction of the crossing in the front of a bus stop located in 590 in the direction of the intersection by the person who is the front of the bus stop located in the city of 15:04 in Busan.

The driver of any motor vehicle shall have the duty of care to observe the speed limit when he/she deems it necessary to prevent any danger on the road at a slow speed or on the road of the Commissioner General of the Local Police Agency in order to ensure safe and smooth flow of traffic by prescribing the Ordinance of the Ministry of Government Administration and Home Affairs.

Nevertheless, the Defendant, at the time, was a 60km/h point with a speed exceeding 29.2km (89.2km/h) and was negligent in proceeding with more than 29.2km (89.2km/h) so that the victim C (64 cm) driving at the right side of the cargo vehicle conflicts with the back part of the cargo vehicle.

As a result, the defendant suffered injury on the left side of the wall on the right side, which requires treatment for about 10 days between the victim and about 10 days.
