A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[2014 Highest 5037] The defendant is a person who operates a sexual traffic business with the trade name "C equipped with five smuggling in Young-si B, 401, and CCTV facilities in Suwon-si."

On August 26, 2014, around 17:40 on August 26, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won in cash from a police officer who pretended to be a male customer; (b) directed the above police officer as a smuggling; (c) brought D, a sexual traffic woman, into the above smuggling in order to have him/her engage in a similar teaching act using his/her hand; and (d) arranged sexual traffic by the above method from July 7, 2014 to August 26, 2014.

[2014 Highest 5683] The Defendant is a person who operates a marina business in the name of “F” in Young-gu E building 401 in Suwon-si.

No one shall arrange, induce or induce sexual traffic or provide a place for sexual traffic, etc.

Nevertheless, at around 16:40 on August 29, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received 100,000 won in cash from a police officer who pretended to be a sexual buying customer; and (b) directed the above police officer as a smuggling, and (c) introduced sexual traffic by bringing the G (41 years of age and China) who is a sexual traffic woman into the above smuggling in order to have the above police officer do the similar teaching act using his hand.
