Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 700,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 15:00 on November 2, 2015, the Defendant, at the entrance of a mountain owned by the victim D (54 tax, n, f, etc.) in racing C, committed assault with the victim by taking advantage of a dispute with the victim, while the Defendant took place with the victim, for the reason that he/she took away mushrooms that he/she was in possession of the victim's chest on two occasions.
