Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 500,000.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, one hundred thousand won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

At around 19:20 on July 14, 2016, the Defendant: (a) transferred the Defendant’s wife to the Defendant’s husband and wife that “I would like to check the Defendant’s house by sounding the Defendant’s house fire alarm system at around 15:20 on the same day; (b) the victim D, who resides in the same floor, tried to check the Defendant’s house at around 15:20 on the same day; (c) but did not confirm the Defendant’s house due to the lack of contact with the Defendant; and (d) the Defendant’s husband and wife, “I would like to check the fire alarm system. If other house were damaged, I would like to confirm the Defendant’s fire alarm system.” However, the Defendant’s husband and wife tolded the victim at the same time and at the same place, “I would like to see why I would have “I would like to do so.”
