Reasons
In full view of the overall purport of evidence Nos. 1 through 3 (including the number of branches) and the arguments, it is recognized that the plaintiff and the deceased court* (1950s) reported marriage on January 11, 1978, but this mixed fact on April 10, 1986, the deceased * * The defendant was born between his mother and minor female who was enrolled in a high school at around September 12, 1983 and the plaintiff, and the defendant was reported as born on September 12, 1983 ** the defendant was reported as the birth.
According to the above facts of recognition, it is clear that there is no parental relation between the plaintiff and the defendant. Thus, as long as there is a legal interest to confirm it, the plaintiff's claim is reasonable, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
