Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant is supervising B sports division C, and the victim D(the age of 16) is a sports player belonging to C.

At around 10:00 on February 22, 2018, the Defendant: (a) was parked on the street in front of the Kimcheon-si, Kimcheon-si; (b) stated that the victim was late at the latest at the bus, “I am out of the team, because I am out of the team, because I am out of the team, because I am back, I am back, I am out of the team; and (c) am out of the victim’s head.”

Accordingly, the defendant committed emotional abuse that harms the mental health and development of children.

[In addition to the above acts, the charged facts of this case also include ① the victim’s head debt, ② the victim’s chests are included in the victim’s chests once, and as such, the victim’s investigative agency and legal statement, the witness’s legal statement (the fifth trial date), and the recording file CDs in which the F’s statement is recorded (additional evidence list Nos. 6).

However, the following circumstances acknowledged by the evidence adopted and examined by this court: (a) although the defendant took a bath to the victim from the investigative agency to the present court, the defendant consistently denied this part of the assault, such as her hair collection, and (b) the victim stated in the initial police investigation that the defendant took a bath to the victim several times, and that the victim was at the time of the defendant's hair was scambling with her hair, and the head was scam by drinking; (c) in this court, the defendant took a bath on his bus and her head was fright down to the door of the bus stairs by putting the head, and was sealed with the chest while taking a frightening body, and the method of the defendant's testimony was inconsistent with the order and method of the victim's testimony, and the victim's statement was not consistent.
