Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 6,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On October 7, 2019, at around 23:20, the Defendant driven a DNA car under the influence of alcohol concentration of approximately 5km up to 0.090% prior to the lower end of the 414 water level road in front of the Dong of C University located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu-do.
