The defendant shall be innocent.

1. On February 22, 2014, the Defendant, as the representative director of B Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “C Co., Ltd.”; hereinafter “B”), entered into a partnership implementation service contract with respect to the construction project of the D Regional Housing Association (tentative name) of the D Regional Housing Association and the E Institute (tentatively named) of the D Regional Housing Association.

On June 7, 2014, the Defendant changed “I” column of “H” column of the bank account column of the bank account column of “H” to “J” and “B (State)” using computers and printers for the purpose of exercising at a sale office located in “G supply advice”, and changed the term “G supply advice” in the name of D Regional Housing Association and I Co., Ltd., a private document on proof of fact by printing approximately KRW 100 and KRW 200, and distributed it to the applicants of the same month from June 7, 2014 to June 23, 2014.

2. The crime of altering judgment documents is established when there is a risk of undermining public trust by causing a person without authority to change the content of documents in the name of another person, which has already been authenticly established, to the extent that the identity would not be undermined (Supreme Court Decision 2010Do14587 Decided September 29, 201). We examine whether the Defendant changed the type and appearance of “G supply advice” in the name of the regional housing association and the I stock company.

Each supply notice (No. 5, No. 79,80 pages of evidence record) contains a bank account number that pays union operating expenses and union members' contributions under the item "payment bank", and the bank account number is written by the bank account holder.

In addition, the document is written as “G” on the lower bottom of the document, and is written as “Enforcement D Regional Housing Association, K, I, and executive agent B,” and the phone number next to it is written.
