Criminal facts

1. Defendant A, B, and E are persons operating sexual traffic establishments under the trade name “N (O in around March 27, 2014)” in 209 “N (O in around March 27, 2014)”, Defendant B is a person who assumes a carter at N establishments, and Defendant E is a person who assumes a carter at O establishments.

Defendant

A and B conspired, from February 14, 2014 to February 14, 2014, Defendant A and Defendant B, from March 14, 2014 to March 27, 2014, have been equipped with bed and shower facilities in the said 14 Morse room, respectively. A and E conspired, Defendant A from March 28, 2014 to July 31, 2014, Defendant E employed sexual traffic women from March 28, 2014 to July 25, 2014, from March 28, 2014 to July 25, 2014, and arranged them to have sexual intercourse with sexual traffic women by receiving KRW 130,00 from unspecified men suffering from the said places.

As a result, Defendant A and B conspiredd to arrange commercial sex acts in collusion with Defendant A and E for each business.

2. On March 27, 2014, the Defendant: (a) received KRW 140,00 from A, etc. at N stores on March 27, 2014; and (b) engaged in sexual intercourse with R, which found the place.

3. The Defendant D from March 25, 2014 to the same year.

3. The same year from July 25, 2014 to July 25, 2014, by receiving 70,000 won per sexual traffic from A, etc. at N stores, and searching for such places four times.

7. From the date of March 31, 200, the sexual intercourse with the male guest who received 70,000 won per sexual traffic from A, etc. at the O establishment, and sought 10,000 won per sexual traffic.
