Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 30,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

No person shall lend or lend any authorized object to a crime, or store, deliver or distribute any access medium used in electronic financial transactions with the knowledge that it is to be used for a crime or to be used for a crime.

The non-indicted (one person G) sent the check card under the name of another person to the above J through K, and the J conspired to withdraw cash by receiving the check card under the name of another person.

On May 10, 2016, J received and kept the check card under the name of 7 others, such as the Cze Card (M) in the name of the national bank in the name of L, while being aware that it will be used for Bosing, at around 13:00 of the Seocho-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government New Distribution, at the 194 high-speed bus terminal cargo center, under the direction of the non-scambling (one name G).

As a result, the Defendant received and stored the access media of financial institutions in collusion with the name-free boxes (one name G), K, and J, while being aware that they will be used for crime.
