The prosecution of this case is dismissed.

On June 2, 2020, the Defendant: (a) around 05:25 on June 2, 2020, on the aftermath of C University located in Seongbuk-gu Seoul, Seongbuk-gu, Seoul; (b) on the street before the aftermath of C University; (c) on the part of the cab operated by the victim D, the Defendant was requested from the victim due to the victim’s failure to leave the destination; and (d) on the part of the victim who opened the back of the vehicle after stopping the said taxi.

The death will be discarded.
