A fine of three million won shall be imposed on a defendant.

Where the defendant fails to pay the above fine, 50,000 won shall be one day.

Punishment of the crime

On July 29, 2013, at around 02:35, the Defendant 202:35, on board the top of the C SP vehicle operated by the Defendant, a proxy engineer (the age of 47), and used the said vehicle to be inside the outside of the victim’s right buckbucks at the left hand at the time of parking, around the time when the vehicle was permanently in front of the village at the time of parking, the Defendant forced the victim to commit an indecent act by force by force, by using only one hand, the victim’s right bucks in front of the instant vehicle at the same time.
