1. The defendant is based on the transfer on February 28, 197, of each real estate listed in the separate sheet to the plaintiff.

1. Basic facts

A. The Yeongsanmjin Farmland Improvement Cooperatives is a corporation established under the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act (amended by Act No. 2199 of January 12, 1970 and amended by Act No. 3062 of December 31, 1977; hereinafter “former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act”) for the purpose of contributing to the increase in agricultural production of its members by effectively maintaining, managing, using, and implementing the farmland improvement facilities in the cooperative zone, and by conducting the compartmentalization and rearrangement projects or farmland improvement projects.

On January 1, 200, the Yeongsan River Improvement Association was dissolved pursuant to Article 8 of the Addenda of the former Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 5759, Feb. 5, 1999; Act No. 6075, Dec. 31, 199); and on the same day, the Korea Agricultural and Rural Infrastructure Corporation established pursuant to Article 9 of Addenda of the same Act comprehensively succeeded to the rights and obligations of the Yeongsan River Improvement Association.

B. Under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 7775 of Dec. 29, 2005), the Korea Rural Community Corporation is the Korea Rural Community Corporation, and the Korea Rural Community Corporation is the Korea Rural Community Corporation under Article 3 of the Addenda of the former Korea Rural Community Corporation and Farmland Management Fund Act (amended by Act No. 9276 of Dec. 29, 2008).

C. Gwangju Metropolitan City Mining District shall start the installation of reservoirs in each land listed in the separate sheet (hereinafter “each land of this case”) as the one-stage project in the Yeongsan River in 1968, and complete the establishment of a reservoir in Busan Metropolitan City around 1969, and the Defendant completed the registration of initial ownership on each land of this case on June 12, 1973.

On February 28, 1977, Gwangju Metropolitan City Mining District transferred a reservoir to the Yeongsan River Improvement Association pursuant to Article 16 of the former Agricultural Community Modernization Promotion Act.

E. The head of Gwangju Metropolitan City North Korea is an institution that installs, maintains, and manages the Yeongsan River Improvement Association's semi-san reservoir to the Yeongsan River Improvement Association around February 6, 196.
