Punishment of the crime

1. 2. On January 2013, 2013, the Defendant: (a) one person G and the Defendant, who was aware of the Internet loan advertisement, received a loan from the seller in the name of the Defendant, and paid the down payment to the seller; and (b) conspired to obtain the loan by filing an application for a loan with a financial institution, along with a false employment certificate, etc.

However, the facts are as follows. The Defendant is a “stock company’s annual test.”
