A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for up to six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for three years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

[criminal history] On April 25, 2007, the Defendant was sentenced to a fine of one million won for a crime of violating the Road Traffic Act (drinking driving) at the Cheongju District Court. On July 10, 2008, the Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of two years for the same crime in the Chungcheong District Court.
