When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

At around 06:40 on March 2, 2014, the Defendant driven a 100m alcohol level of 0.241%, and the Defendant driven the B rocketing passenger car from the front of the Coos-dong, Busan East-gu, the hot spring-dong, to the front road of the Busan East-gu, the 300m alcohol level of 0.241%.
