When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

A person who intends to conduct a juvenile game providing business of 2016 ancient 659 shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after installing facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism.

Nevertheless, from June 2015 to March 2, 2016, the Defendant: (a) opened 13 string-type game equipment in the front of the “Ccafeteria” in Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu, without registering with the competent authority; (b) installed 2 string-type game equipment (one-name “Tys P”) outdoorly; and (c) provided 13 string-type game equipment in total nine times from June 2015 to April 26, 2016, respectively, without registering with the competent authority.

A person who intends to conduct a juvenile game providing business of 2016 ancient 886 shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu after installing the facilities prescribed by Ordinance of the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism

Nevertheless, at around 01:20 on April 25, 2016, the Defendant installed one string game machine (pop) on the front of the E main store located in Daegu Northern-gu, Daegu Northern-gu, and operated juvenile game providing business without registering it with the head of the competent Gu for about 300,000 won every month from June 2015, such as raising profits equivalent to KRW 300,000 per month by providing an unspecified customer with a game using KRW 500 as once.
