Punishment of the crime

On October 24, 2017, the Defendant driven the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level 0.132% in the 1km section from around the 1km road of the same Gun, from around the gate 11st century to the front road of the Gun, the Defendant, as a driver of the eurged passenger vehicle B, around 01:50 on October 24, 2017, while driving the said vehicle under the influence of alcohol level 0.132% in the blood alcohol level at the 1km section.
