A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person who operates a motor vehicle maintenance enterprise under the trade name of “G” from the Namyang-si.

1. Any person who intends to run a motor vehicle management business violating the Motor Vehicle Management Act shall register with the head of a Si/Gun/Gu;

Nevertheless, from February 2013 to July 20, 2017, the Defendant employed an employee H and I under the trade name of “G” at the same place, and operated automobile maintenance business, such as painting, manufacture of spacers, and replacement of pents, with respect to automobiles requiring repair for customers in distress.

2. Around 01:55 on December 22, 2010, the Defendant: (a) instructed an employee I of the said “G” who driven a SM5 car on the street in Songpa-dong, Songpa-gu, Seoul, to “I would like to accept an insurance policy for a taxi driver as another vehicle to which the insurance would apply”; (b) requested I to “I would like to receive an insurance policy for a taxi driver,” and (c) to “I would have I would like to receive an insurance policy with another vehicle number in another vehicle number; and (d) caused the above traffic accident to be caused by the NM car owned by the Defendant and deliver the same to the Defendant and the employees of both Co.,, Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “victim”) for the sum of 3rd Co.,, Ltd., Ltd., the amount of the damage caused by the traffic accident under the NF car owned by the Defendant, under the name of each of the above 3rd Co., Ltd., Ltd. and the above 7th Co., Ltd., Ltd., Ltd., the above 5 of the victims.
