(U) On August 13, 2015, 2015, Plaintiff I appointed as an acting president of the Plaintiff clan (U.S. District Court 2014Kahap10109) held a special meeting on August 29, 2015, upon receipt of a decision from the court to permit the convening of the special meeting (U.S. District Court 2015Mohap73) with “the election of the president and vice president,” etc. on the agenda, and on August 29, 2015, 312 members were present at the said special meeting and 312 members were elected as the president.
