1. Facts of recognition;

A. With respect to the vehicles A (hereinafter “Plaintiff 1”), B (hereinafter “Plaintiff 2”), and C (hereinafter “Plaintiff 3”), the Defendant is an insurance company that entered into an automobile insurance contract with respect to the D vehicles owned by Greenwon Co., Ltd., Greenwon Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Defendant 3”), and Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd. is an insurance company that entered into an automobile insurance contract with respect to the vehicles E, F, and G vehicles.

The automobile insurance contract between the defendant and the joint defendant corporation of the court of first instance includes the fact that the automobile insurance contract between the defendant corporation and the company of the court of first instance will compensate for the damage to the extent of KRW 10 million per each accident of the defendant vehicle.

B. At around 20:20 on October 17, 2015, the Defendant’s vehicle was driven in the two-lanes in the direction of the Gangseo-gun Incheon Island located in Gangseo-gu, Gangseo-gu, Seogwon. The vehicles, H vehicle, vehicle, vehicle, G vehicle, I, vehicle I, vehicle 1, K vehicle, vehicle 1, vehicle 2, vehicle of Plaintiff 2, and vehicle and the part on the front side of P vehicle totaling 16 vehicles, etc., which were driven in the rear side of the two-lanes.

C. On October 29, 2015, the Plaintiff paid KRW 2,330,00 for the repair cost of Plaintiff 1’s vehicle, KRW 3,978,910 for the repair cost of Plaintiff 2’s vehicle on November 11, 2015, and KRW 477,46,370 for the repair cost of Plaintiff 3 vehicle from November 18, 2015 to December 24, 2015.

On August 1, 2016, the Defendant paid KRW 613,50,00 for the repair cost of Q vehicle, KRW 854,00 for the repair cost of the I vehicle on July 13, 2017, KRW 780,000 for the repair cost of G vehicle on February 17, 2016, and KRW 3,123,100 for the repair cost of N vehicle on August 30, 2017.

E. On November 11, 2015, Hyundai Marine Fire Insurance Co., Ltd.: (a) KRW 900,000 for the repair cost of E vehicle; (b) KRW 720,000 for the repair cost of F vehicle on October 30, 2015; and (c) KRW 322,000 for the repair cost of G vehicle on November 30, 2015; and (d) KRW 1,942.
