Punishment of the crime

around 23:00 on June 1, 2014, the Defendant drinking alcohol, such as the victim D (year 51) who was located in Gangnam-gun B, Gangwon-gu, Gangwon-do, on the main point of "C" in the Gangnam-gu, Gangwon-do, the Defendant 2014, went beyond the breath of the victim by hand.

around 08:00 on June 20, 2014, the Defendant driven a L-wing truck without a car driver’s license from about 1km to the front road of the Young-gu natural gas power plant located in the same Ri, from the front day of the Yellow Slock Park in the Jung-gu, Young-gu, Young-gu, Gangwon-gu, Young-gu to the front road of the small natural gas power plant located in the same Ri.
