Punishment of the crime

[Criminal history] The Defendant was sentenced to a suspended sentence of six months of imprisonment for a special assault in the Gwangju District Court’s Branch on June 9, 2017, and the said judgment became final and conclusive on June 17, 2017, and is currently under suspended sentence.

Around 19:10 on January 16, 2018, the Defendant publicly insultingd the victim G, a police official belonging to the police unit of the Hean Police Station D District, who was dispatched by the Defendant upon receipt of a report of 112 that the Defendant would escape from disturbance at H around 19:10 on January 16, 2018, by saying, “The Defendant filed a complaint with the public prosecutor’s office to cover the two police officers inside the said police officer G, etc.” on the location of the said police officer J, etc.
