A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for six months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
1. Illegal use of automobiles;
A. On July 22, 2019, the Defendant, at the front parking lot of Macheon-si B apartment house C, was aware of the key in the victim D's seat knife, which was parked at that parking lot, and used the knife car temporarily by driving the knife at the E-Japan level until July 23, 2019, without the victim's consent, until July 23, 2019.
B. On August 8, 2019, the Defendant, at the entrance of the F Building at Macheon-si around 23:20 on August 8, 2019, was aware of the key to the victim G H SPP car owned by the victim G that was parked therein, used the starting dong without the victim’s consent, and used it temporarily from August 9, 2019 to the entrance of the said F building via the king located in the Jung-gu in Incheon Metropolitan City to August 06:30, 2019.
2. Violation of the Road Traffic Act;
A. From July 22, 2019 to July 23, 2019, the Defendant driven an I Car with an I Car without obtaining a driving license for approximately 20 km from the front parking lot of the Macheon-si B Apartment-dong from July 23, 2019 to July 23, 2019.
B. The Defendant, from August 8, 2019 to August 9, 2019, driven a HSP car without obtaining a driver’s license for approximately 180 km section from August 23, 2019 to August 06:30, 2019 to August 9, 2019.
3. On August 9, 2019, the Defendant, along with J (the suspension of indictment on the same day), found the key of the Victim D’s D’s “K” in the “K” delivery agency office in Macheon-si, Macheon-si, by finding the key of the credit cooperative located in the office, and the J changed to J. 40,000 won in cash by opening the credit cooperative.
The Defendant, together with the J as above, stolen the victim’s property.
4. The Defendant is in an open credit cooperative, such as Paragraph 3, at the office of delivery agency around 09:0 on August 9, 2019.
