A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

Punishment of the crime

1. On October 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the effect that “The Defendant would repay all the loans 48 million won that he/she received under the name of the party and provided by the party joint and several sureties at the last time, and the said new loans will be repaid within one month” to the victim C at the construction site at the time of the nuclear power plant located in the death of the death of the Gyeongjin-gun, North Korean War.

However, in fact, the defendant bears approximately KRW 100 million financial bonds, and even if he obtains a loan under the name of the victim, he did not have the intent or ability to repay the loan.

On October 28, 2015, the Defendant: (a) deceiving the victim as above; and (b) had the victim do so, 4 million won in the wellcom Savings Bank; (c) 5 million won in the Sim Savings Bank; (d) 20 million won in the Hyundai Savings Bank; (e) 5 million won in the Korea Savings Bank; (d) in the Busan Savings Bank; (e) 20 million won in the Industrial and Loan Co., Ltd; (e) 20 million won in the Industrial and Loan Co., Ltd; and (e) eight million won in the L&A Capital Co., Ltd.; and (e) obtained 62 million won in the physical card connected to the Agricultural Account in the name of the victim who deposited the loan from the victim on the same day.

2. On November 30, 2015, the Defendant made a false statement to the victim C, stating that “The Defendant shall lend money to the victim by no later than the due date.”

However, the defendant did not have the intent or ability to repay the money even if he borrowed the money from the injured party, because there are many obligations like the statement in paragraph 1.

The defendant deceivings the victim as above, and f.40,00 won by taking a physical card connected to the above agricultural bank account under the victim's name from the victim, and by taking the 6.44,000 won through the above physical card on the same day.
