On February 4, 2013, the Defendant received the notice of a call-up for training in the name of the above commander, which would result in 38 hours of carried-over training conducted at the main reserve force training site located in 105, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, Jung-gu, Incheon, and 2, 103 (D apartment), from March 4, 2013 to August 8, 2013, and did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.

2. On August 27, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the commander of the unit that would undergo the second eight-hour training for the second eight-hour training time carried forward conducted at the training site for the main reserve forces located in 105, Nam-dong, Nam-gu, Incheon, Nam-gu, Incheon, on September 13, 2013 and did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.

The defendant of "2014 Highest 437" is the member of the homeland reserve forces belonging to the two units of the Army 7873 Armed Forces.

On August 26, 2013, the Defendant received a notice of a call-up for training in the name of the above commander that he/she would receive 30 hours for the second supplementary training in the name of the Jung-gu Incheon Central Reserve Forces training site from September 24, 2013 to September 27, 2013, and that he/she would receive 30 hours for the second supplementary training in the name of the Jung-gu Incheon Central Reserve Forces training site from September 24, 2013 to September 27, 2013, but did not undergo the above training without justifiable grounds.
