Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant B is a person engaging in driving service of C urban buses.

On January 28, 2014, the Defendant driven the upper vehicle at a speed of 1:0 :24, while driving the upper vehicle, which is located in the middle-gu same-ro of Daegu, led directly from the four-distance side to the four-lane large-area one lane along the two-lane distance.

Since there is a signal signal, a person engaged in driving service has a duty of care to check whether there is a vehicle crossing by reducing speed and checking the right and the right of the road well, and to prevent the accident in advance by driving safely according to the traffic signal.

Ultimately, the Defendant suffered from the victim E (V, 52 years old), who was on board a vehicle A due to the foregoing occupational negligence, approximately 4 weeks of plebroke, etc., and the victim F (V, 60 years old), who was the passenger of the same vehicle, for approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment, scarke and tensions, etc., which require approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment to the victim G (V, 27 years old) who is the passenger of the same vehicle, and the victim H (V, who is the passenger of the same vehicle, for approximately 2 weeks of medical treatment.

2. Defendant A is a person engaging in driving service of D urban buses.

On January 28, 2014, the Defendant driven the upper vehicle at around 10:24, and marked the median distance from the center of the Daegu Jung-gu to the fair and negative distance from the center of the four-lane in slowly, along one lane from the center of the three-lane road.
