The defendant is a taxi driver and the victim B (53 years old) who is a taxi engineer.

On February 8, 2020, around 21:55, the Defendant assaulted the victim’s body in front of Dongdaemun-gu Seoul, Dongdaemun-gu, Seoul, with his hand, such as pushing the victim’s body, spabling bat, and salkeing it.
