1. The plaintiff's claims against the defendants are all dismissed.

2. The costs of lawsuit shall be borne by the Plaintiff.

Basic Facts

The Plaintiff is a company engaged in the manufacture and sale of rice rice, and the Defendants operate a large retailer of the trade name, “The Home Stacker,” as a company engaged in the Habmarket business, including the development and operation of the Habmarket store.

Around March 2011, the Plaintiff entered into a specific purchase transaction agreement with the Defendants on the goods of the Plaintiff’s rice farm (hereinafter “instant contract”) to sell the goods manufactured by the Plaintiff in the Defendant’s home fluor 18 stores (hereinafter “instant contract”). The main contents are as follows.

Article 1 [Basic Matters]

1. The Home Poomer shall purchase and sell goods on credit from the Supplier (Plaintiff) and return inventory goods.

Article 2 【Contract Term】

1. The term of this Agreement shall be from March 3, 201 to December 31, 2011.

In the event that the Home Pler or the Supplier does not express its intent not to renew the contract at least one month prior to the termination of the contract (including any electronic document) or not to modify the terms and conditions thereof, this contract shall be automatically extended every one year under the same conditions.

Article 3 [Payment of Price]

1. The Home Pler shall pay the monthly delivery price by the electronic settlement system of 25 days after the end of each month;

Article 4 (Payment of Price of Delivered Goods)

1. The Supplier shall issue a tax invoice for the good sold to the Home Pler and submit it to the Home Pler to the Home Pler by no later than 18th day of the following month on the banking business day.

A subcontractor shall, in principle, submit an order, a tax invoice, and a deposit sheet to the subcontractor after obtaining certification from the certification body, and the selection of the certification body shall be determined by the Home Purler and the subcontractor in consultation.
