The defendant shall be innocent.

1. The Defendant in the facts charged is a non-speed person who operates an unlimited house called “F” at the Defendant’s residence in Gangnam-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government E and 2201.

가. 피고인은 2009. 10. 27. 경 위 ‘F’ 무속집에서, 피해자 G( 여, 35세 )에게 “ 삼신 할머니한테서 빌어서 아이를 점지 받는 굿을 한번 해 봐라, 내 고객 중에 고환이 하나밖에 없는 사람이 있는데, 이 굿을 하고는 아이가 생겼다, 아들이 생길 것이고, 아들을 낳으면 시댁에서도 인정받지 않겠느냐,

Natural birth shall take place within three months.

A false statement was made to the effect that “The amount of 20 million won is to be paid at the cost of the performance of the contract.”

However, even if the defendant received money from the injured party as the expenses for the performance of the contract, the defendant was scheduled to use the money for other purposes such as the payment of the card, and there was no intention or ability to make the payment for the victim.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 20,000,000 to the NongHyup Bank account under the name of the defendant from the victim.

B. Around November 9, 2009, the Defendant’s false statement to the effect that “The Defendant was aware that there was a yellow disorder symptoms from the injured party,” and that “The Defendant’s new statement of symptoms is good, and the Defendant’s new statement of trust is good.” The Defendant’s false statement to the effect that “The new statement of trust should be issued, and the new statement of trust would change the amount of KRW 30 million at the expense of the deposit of trust.”

However, the defendant did not have any intention or ability to execute the contract for the victim as stated in the above Paragraph 1.

Nevertheless, the defendant deceivings the victim as above and transferred KRW 30,000,000 to the NongHyup Bank account under the name of the defendant from the victim.

On February 5, 2010, the Defendant: (a) around February 5, 2010, at the Fhouse, obstructed all the transport by the victim by putting the victim with extreme heat from mountain.

She shall be good before the correspondence.
