1. On June 28, 2017, Defendant A: (a) around Bupyeong-si, Seocheon-si, C building 407; (b) around 110,000 won paid to D (tentative name: E) who is a female employee; and (c) by having them have sexual intercourse with each other, the Defendant arranged commercial sex acts.

2. Defendant B paid KRW 110,00 to D at the date, time, and place specified in paragraph 1, and carried out sexual traffic by having sexual intercourse with D.

[2017 Highest 2431] The defendant is a person who operates a commercial sex trafficking business in the trade name of "G".

On July 10, 2017, the Defendant: (a) provided the F Building B, F Building B, 821, and shower rooms, and (b) hired H, etc. as an employee engaged in sexual traffic; and (c) arranged sexual traffic by means of the aforementioned method from July 7, 2017 to July 10, 2017, including: (a) reported the Internet advertisement to a male guest who visited through telephone reservation, received 110,000 won of sexual traffic; and (b) had the said H and one-time sexual intercourse.
