Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 1,000,000.

If the defendant does not pay the above fine, 50,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

In the 19th National Assembly election conducted on April 11, 2012, the Defendant was elected and elected as a candidate for the Incheon Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City constituency of the Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City on June 23, 2000, and served until September 5, 2001, but the Defendant did not have worked as Incheon Metropolitan City E, and in fact there is no position as E in Incheon Metropolitan City.

1. On February 2, 2012, when there was a preliminary candidate in the above constituency, the Defendant distributed his name cards to the voters who was named in Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City, Jung-gu, Incheon Metropolitan City, “Mil-gu” column, and around that time, published false facts for the purpose of winning the election by distributing 1,00 boxes containing false career as above to the electorates in Incheon Jung-gu, Dong-gu, and Seojin-gun, Incheon. 2. On March 2012, the Defendant distributed his name cards to the voters who were named in the above constituency in Jung-gu, Jung-gu, Incheon, Incheon, in order to distribute 120,00 boxes containing false career records to the voters in the above constituency.

3. On March 30, 2012, the Defendant sent an election campaign bulletin to the Defendant: (a) submit one’s election campaign bulletin as indicated in the “Fecheon-gu Incheon Metropolitan City E”; (b) the “Feincheon-si E”; (c) the “Aincheon-si E”; and (d) the “school career and career” as stated in the “Bein Incheon Metropolitan City E” in the “Bein-si” in the “Bein-si” in the “Bein-si” in the “Bein-gu Incheon Metropolitan City”) to the election commission of Jung-gu Incheon Metropolitan City; and (b) the total number of copies 93,325 copies, including 11,090 copies,
