A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.
However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.
Reasons
Punishment of the crime
From June 22, 2012, the Defendant is a person who has been engaged in the business of purchasing heavy smartphones among customers from taxi engineers.
1. Acquisition of stolen property;
A. On June 22, 2012, around 02:00, the Defendant purchased stolen goods at the price of 20,000,000 won, knowing that the Defendant is a single gallon of a gallon, not knowing the market price that he/she embezzled from the taxi driver, on the front of the exit of 12 subway Station of the subway Station located in Seosan-gu Daegu-gu, Daegu-gu.
