A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not less than eight months.

Provided, That the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final.

Punishment of the crime

B, C, D, and so forth, the prompt loan fraud organization used to draw up the collateral value of the house by means of making a false monthly rent contract as if the deposit amount to be returned was a small amount of rent, not a rent contract, but a monthly rent contract.
