A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for one year.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

On August 4, 2015, around 13:10, the Defendant directed a male guest G to enter the said officetel 1211, waiting for D. Around August 4, 2015, the Defendant received 1.20,000 won for sexual traffic from G, and provided a single sexual intercourse with G.

The Defendant, as above, assisted the commercial sex acts from July 10, 2015 to August 4, 2015, and assisted the commercial sex acts by the same method, and received KRW 1.20,000 as the once commercial sex acts, he/she paid KRW 70,00 to the commercial sex acts women and raised approximately KRW 10,40,000 by taking KRW 50,000 by paying KRW 70,00 to them.

around 20:55 on February 14, 2016, the Defendant stated that “Around 2016 high-level 365, the Defendant sent a game CD if he/she had access to the cell phone display site at the Defendant’s residence located in H and 103 dong 104, Jeollabuk-do, and that “A victim I would send a game CD if he/she would deposit KRW 5,000 to the victim” by visiting the victim.

However, the defendant tried to use money from the victim for personal purposes, and did not have a game CD for sale to the victim.

Nevertheless, the Defendant received KRW 55,00 from the victim to the former bank account in the name of the Defendant.

Accordingly, the defendant was given property by deceiving the victim.

The defendant of "2016 Highest 768" shall be the defendant on December 29, 2015.
