Defendant shall be punished by a fine of KRW 3,000,000.

When the defendant does not pay the above fine, 100,000 won.

Punishment of the crime

On May 30, 2015, around 08:56, the Defendant reported to the Jeju Provincial Police Agency 112 general situation room using a cell phone (C) at the Defendant’s home located in Jeju City B, the false information that “The Defendant was killed, killed seven persons, killed, and received death penalty.”

In the Jeju Provincial Police Agency 112 comprehensive situation room that believed that the report is true, 7 police officers such as three patrol vehicles and one criminal police vehicle who were called out to the area as the offline police station of the Jeju East Police Station were called out to the place where the report is made.

Accordingly, the defendant interfered with the legitimate performance of patrol duties of local police such as the receipt and delay of reports on other crimes in the 112 comprehensive situation room.

In addition, from January 4, 2015 to May 30, 2015, the Defendant obstructed the performance of official duties as a deceptive scheme by making phone calls to the general situation room 112 over 79 times as shown in the attached list of crimes.
