Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a doctor who establishes and operates a mutual medical institution called “E member” on the D 12th floor of Seodaemun-gu Seoul Metropolitan Government.

1. 피고인은 2015. 8. 11. 위 ‘E 의원 ’에서, 종아리 부위에 주사기로 약물을 투입하는 종아리 보톡스와 슈퍼 스키니 주사, 마취 크림을 얼굴 전체에 바른 다음 의료기기로 초음파를 살포하는 울 쎄라 시술 등의 의료행위를 받은 F의 진료 기록부에 ‘ 종 아리 보톡스 200 유닛, 슈퍼 스키니 주사 종아리 1회, 울 쎄라 300 샷’ 이라고만 기재한 채, 주된 증상, 진단 결과 등을 기록하지 아니하였다.

3. The Defendant, at the same place on the 26th day of the same month, entered only the “6 meat” on the above F’s medical record, which received medical treatment, such as meata, inserting a room on the face, and did not record the main symptoms, diagnosis results, etc.

Accordingly, the Defendant did not record in detail the matters and opinions concerning the medical practice in the medical treatment register three times.
