Defendant shall be punished by imprisonment without prison labor for six months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment becomes final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

The Defendant is a person engaging in driving a rocketing taxi.

At around 07:20 on November 2, 2013, the Defendant moved back the front road of 199-10, Gangdong-gu Seoul Sungdong, Gangdong-gu, Seoul, to the direction of the shooting distance from the view of the Jin-ri-ri-ri-ri-dong.
