1. The Defendant shall pay to the Plaintiff KRW 26,204,00 and the interest rate of KRW 20% per annum from October 3, 2014 to the day of complete payment.

Basic Facts

From July 18, 2014 to August 21, 2014, the Plaintiff supplied the Defendant with chemical medicine equivalent to KRW 28,204,00 in total.

On September 26, 2014, the Defendant paid KRW 2,000,000 out of the supply price of chemical medicine to the Plaintiff.

[Grounds for recognition] According to the above facts in light of the statements in Gap evidence Nos. 1 through 8 and the purport of the entire pleadings, the defendant is obligated to pay to the plaintiff 26,204,000 won for the unpaid chemical medicine and damages for delay at the rate of 20% per annum from October 3, 2014 to the day of complete payment, which is the day following the delivery of the copy of the complaint in this case.

Therefore, the claim of this case is justified, and it is so decided as per Disposition.
