1. The defendant A shall be punished by imprisonment with prison labor for one year and by imprisonment with prison labor for six months;

, however, from the date this judgment becomes final.

Punishment of the crime

1. Defendant A and Defendant C shared committed a de facto crime with the trade name “F” in the Siljin-si E around October 2013, as a person who was in a de facto marital relationship.

The Defendants, around June 10, 2014, equipped with four smuggling, one employees waiting room, seven waters room, etc. at the above business establishment. The Defendants received 120,000 won per man from two male customers who find the above business establishment, from which the names of which are unknown, and let B, a sexual traffic woman, enter into the sex register of customers in the sexual flag of customers and enter into the sex register of women in the sexual traffic, and provided 60,000 won out of the above sexual traffic price to the above B. From October 7, 2013 to June 22, 2014, the Defendants arranged sexual traffic by having the women of sexual traffic, such as B, receive 30,520,000 or more of the total male customers from more than 221 male customers, and arrange sexual traffic at least once by 21 times.

As a result, Defendants conspired to arrange sexual traffic for business purposes.

2. On June 10, 2014, Defendant B: (a) provided sexual traffic at a sexual traffic business establishment, “F” located in Jinjin-si, Sinjin-si; and (b) provided sexual traffic on two occasions to two male customers, whose names cannot be known in return for the payment of KRW 60,000, out of the sexual traffic payment that the male descendants, who found the said business establishment, paid to A and C, the business owner of the said business; and (c) provided sexual traffic through two times.
