A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for not more than ten months.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for two years from the date this judgment became final and conclusive.

Punishment of the crime

On November 1, 1999, the Defendant was a person who was employed in D Company located in Busan Sho-gu and was in charge of quality control duties until the end of April 201.

1. Around July 22, 2008, D Co., Ltd. related to the supply contract dated July 22, 2008 concluded a supply contract with the Korea Water and Atomic Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Atomic Energy Co., Ltd.”) on July 22, 2008 on the terms of the contract amount of 39,129,816 won and the delivery period of 5 kinds, other than valves (BB) with the Korea Water and Atomic Energy Co., Ltd. (hereinafter “Korea Water and Resources”).

The Defendant, who had been in charge of the above contracting duties, committed the following acts: (a) the cost and time were required for the supply of valves (banon) in compliance with the material specifications required in Hanwon among the above items; and (b) the Defendant had the intention to forge the material test report using materials that meet the above manufacturing requirements required by Hanwon.

The accused of forging private documents and uttering of a private document shall have the same effect from the end of August 2008.

9. At the first police officer’s office, “Al8.59.5, Fe3.5.4.5, Ni 4.0-5.0, Mn 0.8-1.5, Si Max 0.1, Mn 0.8-1.5, Si Max 0.1,” and “I cannot use the results for publicity, litigation, etc.,” written in the column of “Il .07 August 2008,” and written in the column of “A” and signed in the column of signature “F”. On September 2, 2008, I forged one copy of the results of the E Company F’s material in the name of “F” and submitted it to the staff in charge of victims who could not know the names of the injured party in the Korea Atomic Nuclear Energy Headquarters.

B. The Defendant, at the above time and place, submitted one copy of the forged material test report in the above manner to the victim Hanwon by the said method, as if parts supplied by the D Company were parts in accordance with the terms and conditions of the contract, supplied to the victim Hanwon, and then supplied from Hanwon to the price of supply from Hanwon (including value added tax).
