A defendant shall be punished by imprisonment for three years.

However, the execution of the above punishment shall be suspended for four years from the date of the final judgment.

Punishment of the crime

The defendant has been in charge of C's accounting affairs since 2004 as the general secretary of C's office.

C From January 5, 2009 to December 31, 2012, the Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism obtained subsidies of KRW 800,000,000 per annum from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, and carried out the project of “Juvenile Character Education Field Class”.

On July 2012, 2012, the Defendant: (a) requested G, the owner of the rental printing business, to produce teaching materials through E, the owner of the rental printing business, around July 2012; and (b) requested G, the Defendant paid the national subsidy to return the amount which was over-paid as if the payment was 330,000,000; and (c) requested G to return the amount which was over-paid after the payment was over-paid as if the payment was 330,000,000.

On July 2, 2012, the Defendant transferred KRW 330,00,000, among the national subsidies already received and kept by the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism from the Minister of Culture, Sports and Tourism, to the account in the name of (ju)F as the production cost of teaching materials. around that time, the Defendant received and used KRW 129,375,00 among them via E two times in cash through E, and used KRW 546,894,330,00 in total nine times from July 2, 2009 to July 2012 as indicated in the attached list of crimes.
